1. Extended orders

   When ordering more items of the same product version and type, the Unit Price is subject to the following Discount Scheme:

   2 to 10 items	10% discount
   11 to 50 items	20% discount
   51 to 100 items	30% discount
   More than 101 items	40% discount

   Notes:

   • Nanopolis™ Tetralogy is considered as one product.
   • The Unit Price of each product version and type is displayed online.
   • The Amount due includes the above mentioned discounts.
   • Apple MAC CD-ROMs require operating system OS X version 10.3 or later.
2. The Nanopolis™ Tetralogy

   It contains "Exploring Matter with Synchrotron Light", "Exploring Matter with Neutrons" and "Exploring Nanotechnology" CD-ROMs.
   You can buy now the three encyclopaedias for special prices: the business versions for PC & MAC for only 615€ (~ $738), and the educational versions for PC & MAC for only 308€ (~ $369.6) representing 25% discount for all 3 volumes.

   The educational versions do not include the Facilities module ("Exploring Matter with Synchrotron Light", "Exploring Matter with Neutrons") and the Pl Diagrams ("Exploring Nanotechnology").

3. What is the difference between Educational and Business version?

4. Downloadable version

   By ordering the downloadable version you get a price 20% cheaper than the CD-ROMs, plus save shipping fees! "Exploring Nanotechnology" and "Exploring Matter with Neutrons" encyclopedias are the only products available in downloadable version.

   Notes:

   • Each license key number is considered as one product.
   • The software is compatible with both PC & MAC OSs.
5. Are you working within a Partner University/Institute?

   If you are a member of our partners or sponsor institutes* (students included) benefits of a 50% discount of the public price when buying Nanopolis educational products. Any professor from these institutes will also benefit of a 50% discount in the Nanopolis e-learning platform.

7. Support, Shipping, Returns and Refund

   Nanopolis™ offers professional technical support for all clients. Feel free to contact us at anytime.

   In case of defects, you have the option to return the product in maximum 8 days after receiving it and obtain a full refund or a new copy.

   In case of difficulties at installation or software incompatibility please refer to the Nanopolis™ Technical Support Team which will guide you throughout the installation process. In case this procedure fails send us back the product for an internal investigation. Following analysis from the support team you will receive a properly operating product.

   The transportation fee for the returned items is supported by the client and the shipping charges of the new copy of the product (if it is the case) will remain in Nanopolis™ responsibility.
